"Simple Website Layout From Scratch Using HTML/CSS :D" by Flickarity of YouTube - THE youtube video, to me. Teaches grid layouts which is the foundation of this website.
Dollcrds Youtube Channel - Has sooooo many amazing tutorials. Also where I have found most of my resources. Can't recommend enough.

W3 Schools - Really good place to learn HTML coding and CSS.
HTML Dog - Good, straightforward and step by step HTML and CSS basics. How I got started.
CSS Subgrid Tutorial - Easy to follow nested grid explanation. Basically how to put boxes inside boxes.

imgcentury.com - Where I compress all my images from. Helps pages load soooo much quicker.
Wiby - Old Web focused browser with a really fun random button.
Ezgif.com - Kinda clunky but totally free gif editor. I use this to make my stamps.
Free Javascript/DHTML Effects - Cool effects to use all over your website.
https://mypillowfort.net/ - Super cute site will EVERYTHING. All sorts of graphics, website templates, borders, ect. They even have the Papa's cooking games that you can play straight on the site.
Broider - Free tool for making pixel borders.
Beelzebabe's Graphics - So many cute scene-ish graphics.
