Here's the borders and backgrounds I use. I've made some, but mostly I use stuff from around the web. The backgrounds here I have compressed from their original form, so they'll load easier than the originals. Feel free to use wherever, just please link back to me/original creator somewhere :) And if you'd want to leave your website in the chatbox/guestbook, I'd love to see how you use them. Also please download the border images, not just hotlink them.

I'm quite new at making borders, so if mine are a little jank I apologize lol. They may need adjusting to fit your images. If the frame is too big/small, just adjust the "Border-Image-Outset" numbers. They can be made bigger or smaller as well by adjusting the "Border-Image-Width" numbers. I've had an issue where the words in my box will go over the border, and if this happens, just make the "Border-Image-Outset" a little bigger.
